REFUND/EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, all sales are final.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange underwear, intimate items or earrings unless faulty.
Clothing and other items may be exchanged at our discretion.
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order if you have any problems.
EXCHANGES
Exchanged items must have the original packaging and tags and be in unworn, unwashed condition.
Items that pass a quality control check will be refunded to a gift card sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
We suggest trying on shoes in a carpeted area so as to not scuff them.
We can exchange items for the same product in a different size (stock depending) or offer store credit via a gift card.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not liable for exchanges that are lost or stolen while in transit.
- We do not offer monetary refunds.
- Once your return/exchange has been delivered to our studio, it can take up to 14 business days to be processed.
- We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund should the item returned appear to have been used or worn.
- All returns/exchanges are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
- Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your return gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.
