Sizing may vary between brands, so use the size chart on the items product page as reference.
For custom orders: once your order is cut, we can't issue refunds, so be sure to check the guide and measure up before placing your order (a friend can help, unless you're a yoga pro)

WASHING/CARE
To keep your new look fresh, check the care instructions on the product page and/or item label. We know you're strong but handle items with care and wash on cool and hang to dry. Please ensure any metal hardware is removed or facing inside out.

We aren’t liable for damage from incorrect washing, dry cleaning, tumble drying, or ironing.

SHIPPING
LOCAL PICKUP

Our local pickup option is for those who live in and around the Vancouver, Canada area only or are able to collect from this location.
Please ensure the email address/phone number associated on your order is correct in case we need to contact you. 
We may contact you via email if the phone number provided is not contactable.

An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection 🖤

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for local pickup that cannot be collected within 60 days of purchase.

STANDARD DOMESTIC: 1-7 days
XPRESS DOMESTIC: 1-3 days
WORLDWIDE STANDARD (TRACKED): 10-14 days
XPRESS WORLDWIDE (TRACKED): 8-14 days

We try our best to get orders out as quick as possible, however during particularly busy times, we may take longer to ship your items. If this is the case however, we will notify you via email or text to keep you in the loop!

We cannot be held responsible for orders lost or stolen in transit. 
Each order is tracked and a proof of postage logged. 

REFUND/EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, all sales are final.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange underwear, intimate items or earrings unless faulty. 
Clothing and other items may be exchanged at our discretion.
Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order if you have any problems.

EXCHANGES
Exchanged items must have the original packaging and tags and be in unworn, unwashed condition.
Items that pass a quality control check will be refunded to a gift card sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
We suggest trying on shoes in a carpeted area so as to not scuff them.
We can exchange items for the same product in a different size (stock depending) or offer store credit via a gift card.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable and we are not liable for exchanges that are lost or stolen while in transit.
  • We do not offer monetary refunds.
  • Once your return/exchange has been delivered to our studio, it can take up to 14 business days to be processed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund should the item returned appear to have been used or worn.
  • All returns/exchanges are issued gift cards. Gift cards are sent to the email address on the original order and never expire.
  • Any items returned that are not eligible will be discarded and your return gift card amount will be adjusted accordingly.
